Kimberley Lowe is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is currently serving as the Vice President of Prevention and Early Intervention with STARRY, Inc. Kimberley attended Texas Tech University and received her Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology and University of Mary Hardin-Baylor where she earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Kimberley started at STARRY as an intern in 2013 and has been with STARRY ever since. During her time at STARRY Kimberley has served as a Counselor, Team Supervisor, Lead Team Supervisor, and Director of FAYS before transitioning to VP of Prevention and Early Intervention in February of 2022.

Kimberley lives in Temple with her husband, and their 2 daughters. When she is not at work you can find her spending time with her family including 2 amazing nephews and 1 adorable niece, watching college football, or playing recreational volleyball and soccer.
