Mandie Chancellor works as the VP of Operations at STARRY.  Mandie attended Hardin Simmons University and received her Bachelor of Behavioral Science Degree in Exercise Science and Psychology.  She has over 20 years of experience working with families and youth in community-based program settings, that experience started in the parks and recreation field.  Mandie worked as an intake specialist at STARRY for three years before becoming their Executive Assistant and later, Associate Director of Operations.  She worked for over two years creating and implementing the electronic health records platform to be utilized throughout STARRY services.  Mandie then became the Director of Program Support at STARRY working to maintain, generate and evaluate all data and billing across all STARRY programs. Mandie is now VP of Operations where she works leading agency logistics, developing policies and procedures, and increasing workplace efficiencies at STARRY. 

Mandie lives in Taylor with her husband, youngest son and 2 fur babies. When she is not at work, you can find her at a baseball game for her son or nephews, supporting her USAF Airman from afar, hanging out with family and working on the next home project with her husband.
