Kaitlyn Bruch is a Licensed Professional Counselor and is the Trauma Informed Training and Technical Assistance Professional (TTAP) for STEP UP Texas in Williamson County. Additionally, Kaitlyn is the Trauma Informed Practices Administrator for Williamson County Juvenile Services in Georgetown, Texas. Kaitlyn received her Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences from Concordia University Texas and her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Texas State University. At Williamson County Juvenile Services, Kaitlyn previously worked as a counselor on an intensive community-based wrap around program and later served as the Field Counseling Supervisor. Kaitlyn is a Trust-Based Relational Intervention® Practitioner and leads Williamson County Juvenile Services’ TBRI® implementation efforts. Kaitlyn is honored to use TBRI® in her work with vulnerable youth to facilitate healing through healthy relationships and is passionate about spreading awareness of Trauma Informed approaches in order to create systemic change and reform the Juvenile Justice system.
Kaitlyn was born and raised in Austin, Texas and continues to call Austin home. In her free time, Kaitlyn enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking, and teaching and practicing yoga!
