Kim White works as the Central Texas Law Enforcement Training and Technical Assistance Professional at STARRY/Step Up Texas. Kim attended Texas A&M University and received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Business. She received a Master’s Degree in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. Kim has worked in the non-profit and social service field for 20 years in Child Protective Services, United Way, Young Life & Ralph Wilson Youth Club. With a passion to see young people experience Trauma Informed Care, Kim founded Bridge East Temple (501c3) and The 411 House in 2017 to offer healthy relationships, strong community and valuable experiences for youth and their families in East Temple.

Kim lives in Belton with her husband, son and daughter. When not working Kim enjoys working out, playing tennis, eating chocolate and spending quality time with her family.
